Who we are

Kids Calculator is developed by Gilkut ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the Kids Calculator mobile app handles information, in plain language, for parents and guardians.

Information we collect

We do not collect any information. Specifically:

The app does not require or use an internet connection to function.
There is no login, account creation, email address, or any personal identifier collected.
Child profiles created in the app (a name and a chosen cartoon avatar) are stored only in the app's local storage on your device. This information is never transmitted anywhere and never leaves the device.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind.
We do not use cookies, device identifiers, or location data.
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.

Children's privacy

Kids Calculator is designed for young children (Nursery through Class 2) and is built from the ground up to collect no personal information from any user, child or adult. Because no data is collected, transmitted, or stored outside the device, the app does not create any privacy risk under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or Google Play's Families Policy.

Data storage and deletion

Any information entered into the app (child profile names, avatars, and learning progress) is stored only in the app's private local storage on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data. You can also delete an individual child profile at any time from within the app.

Third-party services

The app uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine to read lessons and questions aloud. This processing happens entirely on-device and does not send any data to us or to any third party. The app does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or social media SDKs.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds an optional online feature — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above before that feature becomes available.
